Can I return an item if it arrives damaged?

If Luxe 9 handles the shipping, any item that arrives damaged can be returned within 7 days of delivery. However, if the customer arranges their own shipping, Luxe 9 is not responsible for damage incurred in transit, and returns will not be accepted.
